Brian S. Benninghoff

Principal

During his career, Brian has been responsible for the completion of over $50 million of commercial and mixed-use projects, in Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia. He has been involved in real estate development, finance, and leasing since 1985. He has been a board member, a member of the Executive Committee and a past chairman of the Northern Virginia Chapter of NAIOP. He is currently a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and serves as Chair of the Advisory Board of George Mason University’s Center for Real Estate Entrepreneurship. Brian joined Buchanan Partners 20 years ago. Prior to forming Buchanan Partners, Brian developed commercial and mixed-use projects, predominantly in Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia. He earned his B.A. from Davidson College.
