Vice President, Land Design and Construction

Charlie’s responsibilities include managing the full scope of pre-development and land development processes including budgeting, scheduling, land planning, engineering design and utility coordination through approval and permit. He is responsible for coordinating and managing site contractors and consultants throughout project construction and completion. Project types include residential, commercial and mixed use, along with infrastructure improvements and utility relocations. In addition to his development responsibilities, Charlie works closely with the creation of owner associations and participates as needed with the various boards. Charlie joined Buchanan Companies in 1996. Prior to Buchanan Partners, he was employed by Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson (now CPJ) and Pulte Home Corporation.
