Jimmy Roembke

Principal

Jimmy currently manages the company’s development projects, including residential land development, mixed-use, multifamily, office, industrial, and retail space. He overseas these projects during all stages of development including concept creation and design, pro forma and feasibility analysis, land contract negotiation, entitlement approvals, building and site design, construction management, marketing and project lease-up or sale. Jimmy is on the Board and Executive Committee of Northern Virginia NAIOP, and a member of Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Jimmy joined Buchanan Partners in 2005, graduated from the Pennsylvania State University and earned his MS in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University in 2011.
