Kingsley McAdam

Principal

Kingsley manages development projects including mixed-use, multifamily, office, industrial, and retail space. He oversees these projects during all stages of development including concept creation and design, pro forma and feasibility analysis, land contract negotiation, entitlement approvals, building and site design, construction management, marketing, and project lease-up. He is a member of Urban Land Institute and Northern Virginia NAIOP, participating in ULI’s UrbanPlan program and serving on NAIOP’s Government Relations Committee for the City of Alexandria, VA. Kingsley joined Buchanan Partners in 2004 and earned his MS in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University in 2010.
