Bond, Permits and Regulatory Compliance Manager

Suzie is responsible for obtaining sureties required to acquire permits for all site construction activities. Maintenance of the sureties for the life of the projects through acceptance and release round out her responsibilities in this role. Suzie provides support to the Land Development Department and accounting team. Suzie holds a Maryland Real Estate License and earned her Bachelors of Science degree of Management and Leadership from Kennedy-Western University. She joined Buchanan Partners in 2004. Prior to Buchanan Partners Suzie practiced residential real estate through Long and Foster and was employed by Northrop Grumman.
