Theresa Scafate

Principal

Theresa is responsible for securing equity and financing for developed and managed properties, managing the acquisition and sale of commercial real estate properties, and overseeing the operations for the company, including; finance, accounting, insurance, human resources, IT and property management. Theresa is a member of NAIOP and CREW where she has served on various committees to include education as well as serving as a liaison with local universities to promote women in the field of commercial real estate. Theresa joined Buchanan Partners in 2001 and received a Bachelor of Science in accountancy from California State University.
