Buchanan Partnerís Waterford Hills development written about in the Montgomery Newsletter!
Even without a model, Waterford Hills in Germantown has been selling at a solid pace of four to five a month. But Ryan Homes is opening one anyway.
The builder unveiled its’ 22-foot townhouse model called the ‘Schubert’ at the Germantown community about two weeks ago, and will follow that shortly with its ‘Strauss Attic’ model. Though its smaller, at 20 feet, the ‘Attic’ has finished levels, and, befitting its name, a roof-top deck.
Both are part of a community on Father Hurley Boulevard at Waters Road that Ryan opened last August. Since then, its written 47 sales, and been able to boost prices accordingly.
The Schubert, at 2,379 square feet, started life in Waterford priced at $399,000. It’s now bumped up to over $430,000.
The smaller ‘Strauss,’ (yes classical music lovers, they’re all part of the ‘Composer’ series), opened at $389,000 and now retails for $414,990.
It helps that both the MAC station and the Germantown Town Center are within walking distance, and Ryan has little Germantown competition.
