This 65,000 square foot office building located in the central business district of Washington, D.C. was acquired by a partnership of Meritage Properties and Buchanan Partners in 2003. The building was constructed in 1959 and renovated in the 1990s, before being significantly upgraded by the new ownership in 2004-2005. The property was sold in 2005.

In the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
