Buchanan Partners is developing this 40-acre master-planned mixed-use community at the intersection of Route 28 and the Prince William County Parkway in the City of Manassas, VA. Upon development, The Landing is a work/play/live destination with residential, office, retail, and hotel components. The first phase broke ground in 2016 and includes 274 townhomes and condominiums built by Stanley Martin Homes, a Tru Hotel by Hilton and 20,000 SF of office and retail space. Additional office and retail uses are planned for the balance of the site.
