Buchanan Partners is developing the infrastructure and finished lots for this planned 285-unit residential and retail development in Frederick, Maryland, with construction beginning in late 2017. The project will include a nearly ten-acre park dedicated by Buchanan Partners to the City of Frederick. The park will feature an extensive network of trails and play areas. A retail center will be located on three and a half acres on the north side of the property along Frederick’s Golden Mile.
