Buchanan Partners is developing the infrastructure and finished lots for this planned 285-unit residential and retail development in Frederick, Maryland, with construction beginning in late 2017.

Buchanan Partners completed this build-to-suit 72,000 SF Class A office building in 2017 for BerkleyNet, a division of a Fortune 500 insurance company.
