Bob Buchanan is a Principal of Buchanan Partners, a full service real estate development company, and is also the President of the 2030 Group, an association of Washington metropolitan area business leaders focused on regional long-term decision-making and solutions.

Brian Benninghoff has been involved in real estate development, finance and leasing since 1985.

Steve Hubert has been a builder/developer of office, industrial and mixed-use projects in the Washington Metropolitan Area since 1981.

Russ Gestl oversees the design, approval, and development of Buchanan’s commercial, industrial, and residential land and building development projects

Theresa Scafate has served as Controller and Chief Financial Officer of Buchanan Partners since January 2001.

Kingsley McAdam joined Buchanan Partners in 2004 and currently manages several of company’s development projects including mixed-use, multifamily, office, industrial, and retail space.

Jimmy Roembke joined Buchanan Partners in 2005 and manages several of the company?s development projects including residential land development, mixed-use, multifamily, office, industrial, and retail space.

Bailey has 17 years of real estate experience in entitlement, master planning, development, and investment in a diversity of product types. She is currently responsible for a range of investment and development activities across Buchanan’s portfolio. She joined Buchanan from JBG SMITH, where she oversaw the design, entitlement, and investment in over seven million square feet of mixed-use development in the DC Metro Area. Lucas is involved in evaluating all investment and development opportunities, as well as providing support to the firm’s asset management and project management functions.  Lucas joined Buchanan Partners in 2016 and earned a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Economics with a minor in sustainability from the University of Michigan.  

Upon joining Buchanan in 1996, Mr. Turner brought with him over 15 years of experience in the real estate development industry.

Mr. Pierce leads a staff of operational and administrative employees as well as several teams of external marketing and leasing professionals implementing and executing business plans, value enhancement programs, construction management, building engineering services, lease administration, real estate tax management and operating expense control.

Ernesto is involved with the maintenance of Buchanan Properties in Manassas and Gainesville Virginia.  He is responsible for all maintenance and upkeep of seven buildings. Wilberg joined Buchanan Properties in 2017 and was educated in El Salvador. Wilberg is active in his church and is an Assistant Coach with Upwards sports. Prior to Buchanan Partners, he was employed by Ex-Zel Janitorial, LLC.   .

Jesse leads a team of internal and external physical operations professionals responsible for the repair and maintenance of all Buchanan-managed properties. He is actively engaged with and holds several accreditations from the National Association of Power Engineers. Prior to joining Buchanan Partners in 2002, Jesse was employed By Jones Lang LaSalle.
