Glenmont Metrocenter is a 30-acre project located immediately adjacent to the Glenmont Metro Station. The project is zoned to include up to 1,550 residential units and 90,000 SF of retail space, occurring in multiple phases. The first Phase was sold to Winchester Homes in 2015, offers 171 townhomes, which are now for sale. Phase II and Phase III ground breakings are anticipated in 2018, with development of approximately 252 rental apartments and 46 townhomes. This new community will feature best-in-class amenities including a community park, fitness facility, yoga studio, and outdoor pool.
